Editorial
Collection of Procurement Related articles that I find interesting for visit and also for referencing purposes, if needed. There are couple of reasons why I created post/blogs for these material:
Firstly, I do not have time to read and or print all articles during browsing, so I usually save it into my hard-drive for later retrieval. Of course when I do that, I loose the URL Address and Date retrieved for later referencing. You might say that, I should have used the comment tools of my adobe(R) application. Yes, that is true to certain extent, but most of the time, these corporate articles are password protected, so you neither can comment nor copy across the URL into the “base url” field of the document properties…? Consequently, I have to innovate! that leads to my second reason,
Secondly, To keep a record of the URL and Date retrieved on my post/blog. I have also added the saved filename against each of the URL as there are so many articles, journals and etc in my hard drives. Meaning that I do not have to upload into my blog/post, thus saving the blog space, unless I upgrade the storage space. But then, I do not find it necessary at this juncture. In doing so, I have complete record of what the article is, the URL, Date retrieved and filename. All this is within my control!
